Research about virtuous leadership winner of Emerald Outstanding Paper Award

The paper “Virtuous leadership: a source of employee well-being and trust” has been awarded the Outstanding Paper Award from Emerald. This paper, published in Management Research Review, provides novel evidence that a supervisor’s virtuous leadership positively influences the work-related well-being of subordinates through greater trust. This insight holds across industries and countries and ultimately benefits organizational performance. In other words, virtuous leadership pays off!
